CybraryN & Limiting Time based on PType

Is anyone successfully using CybraryN to give patrons different amounts of
time based on their Innovative PType?

This used to work for us, and now it doesn't, and neither CybraryN/CBD nor
I seem to be able to figure this one out.

We're a subscription library, so we want subscribers to have unlimited
time.  Those who don't pay, we want to limit to one hour.  Configuring this
is fairly straightforward, and used to work beautifully.  Now, though users
are still getting validated by barcode, they all get the amount of time
specified in the generic time limits, not what has been specified by
Innovative PType.  Furthermore, if a user logs off and then back in, he
gets a fresh period of time.

If anyone has seen (and solved!) an issue like this, I'd love to hear from
you.
