Eeva,

Thank you for spotting this oversight.  I have good news for you!

We are actually going to remove BOTH C19 and C25, since it looks like
this feature will be available in Release 2005!

We will post an updated version of the Cataloging ballot with two new
enhancements instead of C19 and C25 as soon as we can.

In the mean time links from the 2005 ballot page have been removed to
the "Cataloging" and "All" ballots to avoid confusion.  If you have
already printed these ballots, we will have to ask you to print them
again when a new version is ready.

Once again our apologies for any inconvenience and thanks for pointing
out this error.
