Link from Milcirc to Copyright Clearance Center?

I have heard that there is or will be a link from Course Reserves to
Copyright Clearance Center.  Is this really in existance or will it be
forthcoming or did I just imagine this?

We are looking into ways to streamline requesting copyright permissions
for e-reserves, in particular.

Any advice on how you handle this process will be very helpful.  You may
