Hi all,

This one's for the serials folks. When creating MFHD holdings in
Millennium using the 853/863 fields the chronological elements display
in a non-ANSI/NISO standard format. The ANSI/NISO standard has the
chronological order "mimic" the enumeration. You start with the higher
level and work down (volume to issue, year to month, etc.). However,
our Millennium catalog is displaying the chronology as "month year."

An example. The ANSI/NISO standard display would look like:

v.1:no.1(1991:Jan.)-v.1:no.7(1991:July)

Our Millennium catalog display looks like:

v.1:no.1 (Jan. 1991)-v.1:no.7 (July 1991)

Any ideas on if there is a way to tweak the 853/863 to display in the
ANSI/NISO standard? Is there anything on the backend that our
administrators can do?

Thanks.
