RE: search OPAC from library home?
[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]
Keven has it right.
Sorry for the confusion, we had to change our IP this year and the old
one is no longer valid.
The agency's home page (http://www.secstate.wa.gov/library/ has the
library catalog search box on the lower part of the page.
To insure that the scope is locked correctly, the agency web folks
devised a method where they use this file
http://cals.evergreen.edu/screens/search2.html
I'll be glad to try and answer any questions.

Margaret, Cindy, et. al.
The site has been changed since the original IUG posting. Try these
links: new site: http://www.secstate.wa.gov/library/ (the library
search box is about 2/3 rds down the page. You can also go to
http://cals.evergreen.edu/search The specific page referred to below
(192.211.etc.) is now http://cals.evergreen.edu/screens/search2.html
This page will keep trying to execute a blank search so once it loads
click on your browser's "stop" button and view the source code to see
what it is doing.
