I have seen a few places where Firefox would not open up a user
intitiated pop-up window, but not in a III webopac. I believe that this
is more in the coding of the Javascript than anything to do with
Firefox. 



Some older pop-up blocker mechanisms will not allow any pop-ups, but
all newer ones will allow user initiated pop-ups.
