The file formats are as follows:
 rdi  -  inventory file
 rdu  -  in-house use
 rdy  -  circulation transactions

I gave a program on inventory at IUG 12. The slides are available from

(your iug login needed). There are a couple of slides at the bottom of 
page 3 that show these formats.
