Subject: diacritics problem

When downloading from OCLC Connexion a record containing diacritics like this:

Cağaloğlu, İstanbul : ǂb Beta Basım-Yayım Dağıtım, ǂc 2002.

it became this in our Millennium and OPAC:

Ca?galo?glu, ?Istanbul :|bBeta Bas?m-Yay?m Da?g?t?m,|c2002

Any comment or suggestion?
