Macro to Navigate Between the Record and Checkin Tabs (in serials checkin mode)

Can anyone help us with how to design a functional MACRO to navigate
between the Record and Check In Tabs (when in Serials Check-In Mode)?
We are using Macro Express and, of course, the macro functionality in
Millennium Silver.
