Hello,

I have a question about running overdues. In our loan rules, the
overdue variables are set up like this:
Max # odues 3
Time first OD 1
Time second OD 1
Time third OD 1

We want to run 1st and 2nd overdues throughout a semester but wait till
the end of a semester to run 3rd overdues. I find that when I run 2nd
level ODs, the ones that already got 2nd notices last week get
automatically pushed to 3rd OD, billed status. This is not what we want
to do till the end of the semester, when we run 3rd level ODs.

I thought that the "Time third OD" increment means that the overdue is
ready for the 3rd notice 1 day after the 2nd notice. But the 3rd notice
is not produce until we manually run 3rd level ODs.

Does anyone have any ideas about this? Many thanks.
