Authorization 99 and 191 - Sys Admin Round Table IUG

In the Sys Admin Round Table at IUG on Wednesday, session N3, a
representative of Innovative stated that password #99 might be the gotcha
if you have users who've been given all passwords, and yet still are
restricted from performing some functions on the system.  Really, it's
password #191.  There is more detailed info on how it works at III's User
Manual at Record ID# 101793.  Otherwise, if you have allowed someone access
to certain functions, and s/he can't get in, its best to call the III
helpdesk.
