Picture a piece of receipt paper. At the top is the patron record number
in largish letters, below that is the item's barcode number (both
horizontal), then a few spaces below that is the date the item is coming
off in large letters, then below that, vertically, is the patron's last
name, and right below that, horizontally, the patron's first name (both
in large letters). So, essentially, you have maybe 10 inches of receipt
paper with the patron's hold information that staff can then affix to an
item going onto the hold shelf (goes on book spine fairly well).

Subject: San Jose Format
In the 2006 Development session at IUG, a new feature for customizing
Hold and In-Transit slips was mentioned.
The presenter said we could ask for the San Jose Format now. Can
someone please tell me what the San Jose Format is? I can find no
mention of this on CSDirect.
Thank you.
