Hi Eeva,

Thanks for your help. I hadn't changed the wwwoptions, and I had to set up different logins for each branch! Eventually, I might have thought of those things - but I really appreciate your prompting. If you are going to be in San Francisco, let me know. It would be good to say "thanks" in person.

OK, I'm sure I've missed something obvious, but I can't make this work. We want to prevent patrons from requesting an item that is on the shelf in the location that they are standing in. In other words, if they are at branch X and "Alice in Wonderland" is on the shelf at branch X, we want them to walk over to Juvenile Fiction and get it, not request it and create a paging slip.

I've set the system to "deny if local available", but we have tested it, and the request went through just fine. What am I overlooking?

Thanks for your help.
