We went live on Silver. The first months stats reveals that they were
not compiling at all (28 check out for the month - way way WAY low) We
found the stats to be more reasonable based on past performance when
using the telnet version. We still don't know why the web stats don't
work but we have a call in.

Subject: Silver and circulation reports by terminal
Hello,
Back when Silver was first released we heard some reports that
circulation statistics by terminal were not compiling correctly. We are
a consortium of 35 libraries and all our statistics are compiled by
terminal number (statistic group) and we need to know if any problems
that existed have been resolved before we upgrade. Our funding depends
on the circulation statistics so it is crucial that the reports function
correctly.
If you are a consortium on Silver that uses statistical group numbers
for circulation reports, are you aware of any problems with them? Was
there originally a problem that you now know is fixed?
Thanks for any insight you can give us.
