I don't care if you put flowers in your hair, but PLEASE set your "I'm
away from my email program" program properly. Bottom line: it should not
respond to this list saying you're away, because that leads to an enless
loop.

You don't want everyone you meet in the elevator to say "Oh, you're the
one who's flooding the listserv".
