Deb: Did you restart the "world wide web" after you made the change? Did you open up a new OPAC session? Other than than, the only other thing I can think of is if you have conflicting holds wwwoptions set. Have a careful look at what you've got set up. I hope this helps! Kind regards, Eeva

OK, I'm sure I've missed something obvious, but I can't make this work.
We want to prevent patrons from requesting an item that is on the shelf
in the location that they are standing in. In other words, if they are
at branch X and "Alice in Wonderland" is on the shelf at branch X, we
want them to walk over to Juvenile Fiction and get it, not request it
and create a paging slip.

I've set the system to "deny if local available", but we have tested it,
and the request went through just fine. What am I overlooking?
