Hello.
Is anyone successfully running Millennium Serials (Silver Release) "Check In Bound" functions on a Mac?
"Successfully" means no (or very few) freezes when attempting to add or edit notes, delete boxes.
We're getting consistent freezes when attempting to edit info related to a second volume being added to the same title.
We've submitted call to HelpDesk and they are suggesting the possibility of a Java version conflict. Millennium expects Java 1.4.1 and we're running the update to that ... Java 1.4.1_01.
If you can successfully run Silver MilSerials Check In Bound functions under Mac OS 10.2.8 with Java 1.4.1_01 (or 10.3.9 with Java1.4.2_05), we'd be very interesting in knowing that.
