I think the offline software uses a different and older JRE.
When we have reloaded it we uninstall Mille and reinstall Offline first.

I just spoke to one of the libraries in question, and their circ staff
are
set up as administrators for those particular workstations. I am setup
the
same way.

What permissions, for Windows 2000, do they have on the
