Create Lists which match data

Dear all,

I would like to create a list that gives me patron records where data in one field matches data in another field. Sometimes when patron records are created they are accidentally given that day's date as the expiry date, so I'd like to a list that tells me records where create date = expiry date.

Despite trying various different ways and looking in the manual I can't see how to do this - I think I can only match against specific criteria, rather than data in another field in the same record. Does anyone know a way I can do this?
