Hi Everyone,
I have been working with our web master in setting up our staging
directories using Dreamweaver. We referred to the tutorials on csdirect
that describe the remote directory settings. We are not sure what
information goes in the Host Directory Box. We entered our processor's ip
and got an error message that said, "An FTP error occurred. Cannot make
connection to host. Dreamweaver encountered an internal error. Please try
the operation again." I opened a call with the help desk but I have yet to
hear back from them. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help.
