If you set the "say date on" option to "true" the program will combine the
date components in order to make a coherent date. We don't use the "say on
date" here; we only use the two message components for each profile (1
overdue profile and 58 hold profiles). I can send you examples off the
listserv if you like. Just a few things to keep in mind and hopefully spare
you guy's the problems we have been having:

 

1)       Make sure when you record the messages you double check that it is
a .lin file. Depending on how you open a blank file it may be saved as .r32
or another format by default.

2)       If you are installing the software from the Csdirect website double
check with the helpdesk first. Yesterday we had to try to reinstall it but
the setup file seems to be corrupted.
