Eric -- thanks for the info.  I think we have these checked, because we were
getting the info we wanted when we were on our old system, but we'll double
check to be sure.  Now, when a patron is trying to use an expired library
card, the system actually tells them "You have unresolved issues."  [Oh
yeah, and your card is expired, too.]  No one seems to know which system is
generating this message, but it has given us quite a few laughs. -- Aimee

Yes I can:  First, it is similar on both the 6210 and 7210. Go into the
Manager function, fom the Configure menu click Policy , then the Display
tab. The screen display is divided vertically into two sections.  The Patron
Status Information is on the right side: Check all the boxes that apply to
what you want to display. Click ok on the bottom right corner. BEFORE YOU
EXIT MANAGER YOU MUST GO TO "ILE"AND CLICK "SAVE"  Then restart self-ck and
test it.

In that great Self Check tips post Eric Rhee sent to the listserv in Feb, he

Can anyone tell me where these settings are?  We're a relatively new
Millennium site, and we haven't been able to find these settings in the
system.  Our patrons miss the information.  Thanks! -- Aimee
