Printing notices

Hi, We're looking into changing the way we print our delinquency notices and bills. We're using the 3 part self-mailers on an old Epson LQ 850. We've seen that some places use self-sealing and pressure seal mailers. Others still use the 3 part self-mailers, and others print to plain paper and use envelopes. What were the deciding factors for your choice? I've seen a wide range of costs for each way. What equipment did you purchase? We print between 500 and 1000 notices a week. We have up to 4 items per overdue and 1 item per bill. But if we go with any of the other 3 ways we should reduce our # of notices. If it matters, we're on Millennium Silver.
Thanks for your help!
