Happens here, too, but because I'm the only one who performs this
function, I thought it was just something in my workstation. On my
workstation, Millennium only freezes when I delete the *last* shipment. In
other words, if there are several shipments, I can delete each one without a
problem, but when I delete the last remaining one, that's when it freezes.
To get back to work, I open up the task manager and kill Millennium, then
start it up again. Really annoying, but now I know I'm not the only one.
