DELETING SHIPMENTS AFTER IMPORTING

Hello there User group
I was hoping I could get some answers to a few little bug bears with
Importing Invoices in MilAcquis.
One problem I have is when I go to delete a shipment - I highlight the
particular shipment, click on delete and then unfortunatley my computer
just "hangs" and eventually throws me out of Millenium. When I log back
in the shipment has deleted , but this is a real hassle. Does anyone
else experience this problem?
My next question relates to the reports we receive. Now I do get the
Error log reports, but not the statistical reports. What I need to find
in milacquis is where that range of Bib & item nos loaded is recorded?
I do get a report detailing the file name loaded and the number of
records but not the actuall range of nos.
Is this now recorded elsewhere?
