Hello,

We are new to Millennium (we went "live" in January, 2005) and we have
encountered a baffling cataloging and OPAC issue. A set of Great Books
of the Western world was donated to us. We put the Marc record into the
system with a 505 (contents note) listing all the individual titles
included in the set within the note. However, when we do a search in
OPAC we have been unable to retrieve a single title (ex. The Great
Conversation, Tacitus). We looked for a similar entry, The Harvard
Classics, which had been loaded with all our catalog records before we
went "live", and, again, we could not access individual titles in OPAC;
we were able to get the single titles in the system we had before the
conversion to Millennium.

We checked Marc records in other library catalogs and these records
match the record setup we have done. We could use some advice. Does
anyone have any suggestions?
