Purchase Alert Report

Good morning all:

ALIS would love to hear about any workarounds for the report 
as well.  The one report I have been unable to duplicate 
since we migrated from DRA Classic a year ago is the old DRA 
Purchase Alert Report.

We need to be able to report individually for each library 
every title where their holds exceed the established ratio, 
and the title needs to be reported every time this occurs.  
We would like to be able to run this report weekly.

We are a 56 site consortium, so a "system-wide" purchase 
alert is not useful for us.
