At Chapman, we are using the codes as follows:
Code1: Leatherby, person keying the order? (Roger?)
Code2: Law, person keying the order
Code3: leatherby, selectors?
Code4: suppression/unused

Subject: Reviewing the Order Record Coding
We are reviewing our order record coding in order to eliminate some
problems that have crept in over the years. I'm interested in knowing
how other libraries are using CODE1, CODE2, CODE3, and CODE4. Currently
we do not use two of those and the other two are used for
housekeeping-type things. I'm looking for recommendations.
Thanks for the input!
