RE: summing/outputting invoice data from a review file in telnet and millennium.

I'm so glad someone else commented on this because I thought there was
something I had just missed somewhere in the documentation. I need this,
too, and would also urge it as an enhancement. And yes, I am also a law
librarian. I see a pattern.
