We have an open call that is very similar. It is related to template behavior in Millennium modules.

Ah, but you have not searched my open calls!

I have this exact same problem in MilAcq and MilCat (although mainly I
use MilAcq). The problem has been there since we went onto Silver this
past summer. With every upgrade I hope for a fix...but none so far.

I have identified this "lack of responsiveness" with the keyboard
commands vs. the selection menus for the fund codes. The same problem
also happens with the location codes when creating bib records in
MilAcq.

I think this problem is part of a larger problem that I see with the
record defaults in MilAcq. Under Settings/New Records/ I have all the
records default to "Always prompt for template" and when I create new
records I always get prompted for a new template. However, unless the
field is specifically prompted for in the template I choose, it pulls
all field information from the first template I used during the session,
rather than the template that I most recently selected when prompted.
When one is creating the record it looks like all the fields are o.k.
and from the correct template, but when your record is completed any
field not prompted for during creation will not have the information
that it should have pulled from that template. Weird, huh?

III says they cannot replicate it, although I have given them examples
to look at. And yet it happens to me EVERYTIME I use MilAcq. Quite
frankly, I think it is happening to other people too, but maybe they
don't notice it, because maybe there aren't that many differences in the
templates they use to notice, or they assume that the fields would
actually have the information in them from the template they choose and
don't check them.

Sorry this got a little a stray from your problem, but when I saw
"Millennium Acquisitions conundrum" in the subject line, I knew I had
found a comrade!
