WebOpac Access issue after server upgrade

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help. We were a software only site that just
became turn-key. Our new server was installed last Tuesday and
everything seemed to be fine (we were on spring break). Today when the
students and faculty got back we discovered that for some reason the
resident halls and academic buildings on campus cannot access our
webopac. Administrative buildings and outside people can access it just
fine.
Here's the part that's odd: according the to III people, the library
server's network and login access table is fine. Its set up to let
everyone into the OPAC just like it always did. They say it's a network
issue on campus. Our campus ITS says it must be something with the new
server because they haven't switched any settings and the packets are
getting through the firewall to our server.

Has anyone else seen this kind of bizarre behavior? We're running
release 2002:3. I really don't want to go to Silver until we get this
straightened out but at this point I don't know where else to look.
