Patron can't authenticate to WAM protected Databases

Hello,

We have a patron issue that we can't seem to resolve. 

Basically, when she tries to access our WAM databases, she gets to the
Authentication screen and puts in her name, library card and pin.  After
she enters that information, she hits submit and gets put back to the
same login screen again.  However, she can log into the MyOCLS.

Any ideas ?
