Content linking in browse results

We recently started using Baker & Taylor's Content Café in our public catalog.  The book jackets and links to additional information are working well in individual records.  However, some people on staff would like to see the cover images in the browse results screens too.

The information on the WEBADDRESS WWWOption in the manual makes it look like we just need to add a URL to call up the images.  However, when I put in the same URL that is in the BIBIMAGE WWWOption, the browse results screen just has a blank column with a link at the top.  I tried adding the ISBN to the EXTENDED WWWOption, with no luck.

Am I misinterpreting how WEBADDRESS uses the browse URL?  Has anyone gotten this to work?

If it helps, our public catalog's URL (with functioning images in individual records) is http://catalog.waukeganpl.org/  Our staging catalog's URL (with attempts to add images to the browse results screen) is http://catalog.waukeganpl.org:2082/  "Gone with the wind" will work as a sample search with multiple results that should include some cover images.
