Rename a subfield with create lists/rapid update

Hello--

One of our cataloging centers has data in the 019 $o, which won't be 
indexed on our system.  They would like to have it in 019 $a instead.  Can 
I use create lists to identify all records where location=abcde and 019 $o 
is present, and then use rapid update to change the subfield tag from o to 
a?
