We also had a problem with multiple purchase orders being printed but found
that it stemmed from people revising their original orders and pressing W
to print after each revision; they didn't realize that the system
automatically took into account their revisions as long as they were made
before the orders in the queue were printed out on a system printer.
Starting with the prior release to Millenium Silver, a note (e.g. order
printed 9:56 7.9.04) appears in the order record each time an order is
printed. We are able to catch the duplicates since orders are sent out
only once a week.

Hello,
We are running the character based acquisitions system. We keep seeing
instances where multiple purchase orders are printed for the same order
record on the same day. Has anyone else experienced this, and, if so, is
there a way to keep this from happening?
Thanks for any insights!
