How very curious! I checked our Mill Stats and though one cannot use these fields (internal use, copy use and IUSE3) as cross tab fields and they don't show up as fields in "field statistics", the IUSE3 does show up as a column in the results file along with Record Count, Price, # Renewals, # Overdues, Tot Chkouts, Tot Renewals, YTDCIRC and LYRCIRC!!! So, I wonder if they could add the other 2 statistical fields there??? The other option would be to choose IUSE3 instead of Internal Use when you are collecting the in-house use stats.... Thanks for replying! I learned something new here! Oh, I just had another thought! If you have access to the character based Statistics, you can get In-house statistics there.... Kind regards, Eeva

This is also what we originally wanted to do. Unfortunately, the INTL
USE field, the field Innovative specifically set up for internal use
counts, is not a field that Millennium Statistics will report on! This
strikes me as rather bizarre, particularly since the manual claims that
field statistics reports on ALL fields. It doesn't. I put in a call to
III asking them if they could do something about this. They said there
is no way they could add this field to Millennium Statistics for an
individual site; however, they may add more fields in future releases.
For now we just have to record the counts by hand.

>Hi! The only way I can think of to do this would be to Schedule a Query to run monthly in Millennium Statistics which would report on "field statistics" OR a cross tab. This would give your the monthly increments to the statistic. Then, you could run one at the end of the year and get the increment for the year. This would at least give you the count you're looking for AND allow you to have a running total at any given time of the popularity of your issues! Kind regards, Eeva
