Subject: teleforms or tns

We recently switched to Teleforms from TNS. In my opinion Teleforms is
easier to setup and navigate because it runs on Windows XP. Our customers
seem to be happy with it as the 8 lines is a big improvement over the 4 line
TNS. The downside to Teleforms is the machine that it comes on. The machine
only comes with 128MB of RAM which can be problematic if you run it for days
without rebooting.
