Receipt printer Epson TM88 III

Hello,
We are undergoing test with printing receipt using Epson TM88 III (parallel
port). We encounter problem with it not being able to form feed and auto
cut. In the Millennium setting, I select:
Format: text (narrow) and check Print form feed,
In the printing properties I select the report [partial cut]

Any idea what we miss out? Thanks
