On one of our PCs, when exporting a record from OCLC connexion client into our Innovative system, an error message pops up in the OCLC Gateway Export Status box, indicating "Export processing completed" but the host message follows "ERROR: Did not find End-of-Record", and the record was not exported into our system.

There are two peculiarities with this problem:

1. This only happens to one particular pc. Other computers in our department had no problem exporting the same record.

2. This happens only when a bib record is for a non-English title. This pc can export bib records for English materials with no problem. Manipulating the Lang code does not change the outcome.

I could not find an explanation of this error message in the Innovative manual.

Any comment or suggestion?
