display of max owed in "View circ record"

Hello all,

In the automatic patron block table, we have set the max owed to be $50.
When the fine is over $50, say $53, it will be displayed in the "View your
own circulation record as $53, is there way to set the display as the max
fine$50 ? or will it be an enhancement request? Thanks.
