Yes, My Millennium will do this and we do use it at the University of
Colorado. Staff can log in to My Millennium and see suppressed records,
fixed fields, and attached records all via the WebOPAC interface. The list
doesn't accept attachments but if it would be useful I can directly send you
a screen shot if you contact me off list.
