hi David
At present a way to keep track of ongoing shipping and service charges
is to create funds and charge the costs to the funds using y-records in
an invoice (and not add them at the end of the invoice).
However the invoicing functionality is changing with release 2005 and
may offer opportunities for gathering the shipping and service charge
information later. "It will be possible to view and query invoices after
posting. [IUG ballot item]" We'll see!
cheers
Katie

Maybe I'm missing something, but...
When we enter an invoice in Mill Acq, we are asked to enter "service
charge" and "shipping" amounts. Is there any way to get at this
information later? We would like to know how much we spend on these
charges by vendor or by time period, etc.
