We would also find it very useful to access this information for purposes of
budget planning (for example, how much to budget for preprocessing done by
the vendor).

Maybe I'm missing something, but...

When we enter an invoice in Mill Acq, we are asked to enter "service charge"
and "shipping" amounts. Is there any way to get at this information later?
We would like to know how much we spend on these charges by vendor or by
time period, etc.
