Try adding a SPF record in your DNS server. It's part of the Sender-ID
initiative, and lets people know who you are and what emails should be
allowed from your domain.

All email sent from our III server to Verizon and GTE accounts bounce.
City IT has talked to III and Verizon and back and forth and all around
for the last couple of months. Verizon says the email problem is at the
city's end. According to Verizon, when they receive email, they turn
around and ask the sender to verify who they are. This is to cut down
on spam. My city has tried numerous things but nothing has worked.
If I send email from my city account to a Verizon account, it goes thru
just fine. It seems to have something to do with the mass emailing. Is
anybody else having Verizon/GTE email issues? Suggestions? Thanks.
