I am not sure if this would work or not, but you might try the Web Management Reports - Circulation Cross Tab.
You could look at following criteria:
STAT TYPE: Renewals
DATE RANGE: <fiscal year or whatever you want>
LIMIT: Choose TERM or SYSTEM
ROWS: (choose one of these for HOME LIBR and the other for anything (you will be looking at the totals as the thing that matters)
COLUMNS:
If you want, you can look at all self-renewed items by Choosing TERM under Limit and putting in the terminal numbers for the WebOPAC sessions. Or if you do not care, choose System and it will look at them all.
I think this breakdown should work for your query. For more information, see the users manual at page # 105442
Hope this helps --

Subject: Attributing web renewals to patron's home library
Good morning all:
ALIS is working on preparing cost projections to the
membership for their budgets.
One of our revenu streams has traditionally been the number
of checkouts/renewals performed at each library.
Now that we are live for close to a year, we notice that for
2004, over 400,000 renewals were done via our web opac (of a
total of over 10,000,000 circs).
Is there a way to attribute these 400,000 renewals to the
patron's home library reliably, so that we could "divide"
them up and add them to each library's total circ? We are
only interested in parsing the web renewals in this way -
not all circ.
Thank you! Six inches of snow yesterday - mostly al melted
already!
