Redirecting "Additional Item Library should Acquire"

We are a multiple Accounting Unit system, and we've found that items suggested by patrons at either of the three Units are all put in the same "acquire" file by default.  I try to catch the items and clear out the files via the text based functions, but if anyone opens Millennium Acquisitions, these items are all sucked in.

I'd like to redirect the output from the acquire_web.html form and I thought we used to be able to do it.  Can anyone suggest a way to redirect the output to the "comments/suggestions" file?
