Patronview_web.html display question

I have created a custom patronview_web.html form which shows items checked
out, items on hold and fines.  When I click on the link for xx items
currently checked out the link disappears and the information is displayed
below.  If I click on the link for xx requests (holds) outstanding the
holds will show and the hold link is replaced with the xx items currently
checked out link.  It's as if these links are behaving like a toggle.  When
I use the default patroninfo form the three links always show even when
clicked on.  Is there a way to have these three links always show when
using the patronview_web.html custom form?
