A similar question was posted on the load-profilers list earlier today
and I have sent the following reply.

We use a load table to create course records from data extracted from
the university's Banner system, but we had to pay Innovative to have
this table set up.  It is my understanding that the load profile training
I attended (many years ago!) did not cover the loading of course records.
