Our 010 $a is copied into the 001. This works great
for overlaying since 001 is our match point.

I remember reading somewhere that OCLC does renumber
their authority records every so many years, and so the ARN
cannot be depended on as a matchpoint. And I've actually
ran into that issue once or twice in the past 10 years.
