overdues - viewing/printing in Millennium

I'm new to this list so please forgive the "newbie" question:

We haven't yet migrated to Mil Circ for printing overdues. When we tried to 
do that yesterday (following the manual, and the telephone instructions 
from a library staff person who is using Mil Circ for printing overdues), 
it said "No Notices to Print". BUT! going in via telnet, we can see that 
there are 16 notices to print.

Any suggestions as to what we need to do to "see" and print the overdues in 
Mil Circ?
